Bamboo steamer is the most efficient way to steam. You can stack multiple racks on top of each other to steam multiple dishes at the same time.
Each set of steamer should have its own lid. One set consists of two racks and one lid. Individual racks and lids can be purchased separately. Steamers should be 2 inches SMALLER than the wok to be used.
