This classic iron wok from China is cast iron interior and black enamel exterior with 2 heat-resistant black plastic handles. Flat bottom, 4″ in depth. Retains heat, cooks evenly, quickly and efficiently and imparts the Chinese “wok hee” (wok flavor). Easy to season. Highly recommended for coil electric stoves , glass top stoves, grills and of course gas stoves.
The Iron/Enamel Classic Wok is available in 3 sizes: 13, 14 or 16 inches or as a 4-piece set (not pictured) that includes the wok, a lid, a wok spatula and a bamboo cleaning whisk.
