Ironwood Chopping Block

The Chinese call this wood “Ironwood” for its density and hardness (one 13″x 11/2″ block weighs 8 lbs.). These are the very best cutting boards the Wok Shop offers. This wood may crack, does not warp or splinter. Soaking periodically will eliminate cracks magically. The metal ring allows for easy storage; to hang (board should be stored on its edge, not flat). Beautiful dark grain – 11/2″ thick. Use both sides. Made in China. Great value – lasts forever!
